                                                                                                                                           SA213 T2 Material Welding

In the process of SA213 T2 material welding, GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process) is carried out and this process is done manually. All through the entire welding process, root spacing of 2 mm is kept, along with a 167° butt joint angle and a groove weld. In this process, a solid filler material is used which is 2CrWV type. 2.4 mm is the filler material’s diameter. Because of this filler material that is used in the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process of the SA213 T2 material, the welding of thin wall tubes is allowed to take place, without PWHT.
